Free shipping When we advertise a product as "Free Shipping," it means that the price you pay includes shipping to your address. There is no additional shipping cost for this option.

Order processing time Orders placed Monday through Friday (08:00-16:00 CET) will be processed the same day. Orders placed outside of these times, on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day. Delivery time In EU countries, the usual delivery time is 2-5 working days from order confirmation, provided that the goods are in stock. For remote locations, oversized products, or special circumstances, shipping times may be longer. Shipping method and tracking Deliveries are made by our reliable courier partners (e.g. DPD, DHL, UPS or others) from our warehouse in Budapest, Hungary. After your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow the status of your shipment. Delivery location We will deliver to the address provided during payment (door to door). For buildings with limited access (multi-storey, without elevator, etc.), delivery will be made to the main entrance of the building or to the designated access point, unless otherwise agreed. Handling shipping issues If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and send us photos of the damage so that we can arrange for the product to be replaced or repaired. If you do not pick up the product (at a collection point or similar arrangement), we may deduct the costs of return shipping or storage from the refund amount. Responsibilities of “free shipping” customers For "free shipping" offers, the order must be paid in advance; otherwise, unpaid orders may be rejected or returned, and the costs incurred will be borne by the buyer. When ordering, please make sure to enter your shipping address and contact information correctly. Returns and exchanges You can return or exchange the product within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and with all accessories. The costs of returning defective products are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

The prices indicated on the website are gross prices, including VAT for consumer sales (B2C).

Sie haben 14 Tage Zeit, um Ihre Produkte zurückzusenden. Sie erhalten die Rückerstattung spätestens 14 Tage, nachdem der Händler Ihre Entscheidung zum Widerruf erhalten hat. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Händler die Rückzahlung zurückhalten kann, bis die Produkte bei ihm eingegangen sind oder bis er den Nachweis erhalten hat, dass die Produkte zurückgeschickt wurden (je nachdem, was zuerst eintrifft). Bitte senden Sie die Produkte wenn möglich in ihrer Originalverpackung zurück.

1. Return conditions

Conditions for eligibility for a refund:

Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all components and accessories.

The products must not show any signs of assembly, modification or wear.

The return must be sent within 14 days of your notification of withdrawal.

We cannot accept:

Custom or special order products made to your specifications.

Products that have been used, damaged or modified after delivery.

2. Return costs

The customer bears the return costs, unless the reason for the return is damage or defect caused by DLC HOME Kft.

We recommend a trackable shipping service for safe returns.

In the case of damaged or defective products, we will arrange a free replacement or cover the return shipping costs.

3. Refund process

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you.

Refunds will be made within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product, using the payment method used for the original purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

If the product is damaged, incomplete or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct the appropriate amount from the refund.

4. Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts:

Please contact us immediately (within 72 hours of delivery) at info@dlcgroup.hu and include photos or videos of the problem and packaging.

We offer you replacement parts, full product exchange or refund at no additional cost.
