Shipping costs are calculated and added to the total order value at checkout, unless free shipping is explicitly offered for a given product, order value, promotion, or destination. The applicable shipping fee is displayed to the Buyer before the order is confirmed. Any additional charges related to special delivery conditions, remote areas, or optional delivery services will also be indicated before payment.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within a maximum of 2 business days from the date the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and external circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the Buyer. If free shipping applies, this will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
All prices are displayed including or excluding applicable taxes, as indicated on the product page and at checkout, in accordance with the regulations applicable to the sale. Where required by law, the appropriate VAT or other applicable taxes will be charged and shown on the invoice. The Buyer is responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in the country of destination, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Seller.

Sie haben 14 Tage Zeit, um Ihre Produkte zurückzusenden. Sie tragen die Kosten für die Retoure. Sie erhalten die Rückerstattung spätestens 14 Tage, nachdem der Händler Ihre Entscheidung zum Widerruf erhalten hat. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Händler die Rückzahlung zurückhalten kann, bis die Produkte bei ihm eingegangen sind oder bis er den Nachweis erhalten hat, dass die Produkte zurückgeschickt wurden (je nachdem, was zuerst eintrifft).
