Shipping Fees We offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of €100 or more. For orders below €100, a flat shipping fee of €9.95 applies. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Returns & Exchanges Customers may return or exchange products within 30 days of receiving their order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging where reasonably possible. To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team before sending the item back.
Taxes All prices displayed on ManoMano include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) where required by law. No additional taxes will be charged for orders shipped within the European Union unless otherwise stated.
