All shipping charges applicable to an Order will be determined and presented to the Buyer prior to completion of the checkout process. Such charges may vary depending on factors including the delivery destination, the nature, dimensions, weight and quantity of the Products purchased, and the delivery options available for the relevant Order. Where a Product or Order qualifies for complimentary delivery, this will be expressly stated during the checkout process. Any supplementary fees, including charges for enhanced delivery services or deliveries to remote or less accessible locations, will be itemised and communicated to the Buyer before the Order is submitted and confirmed.

Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment has been confirmed and the Order has been accepted. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are complete and accurate. Products may be delivered directly by the Seller or by a third-party carrier appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery times will be shown before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the delivery destination, carrier availability, public holidays, applicable customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss of or damage to the Products will pass to the Buyer when the Products are physically received by the Buyer or by a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier. If a parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, the Buyer should, where possible, refuse delivery or promptly report the damage to both the carrier and the Seller, providing photographs and any relevant delivery documentation. If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, an unjustified refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the period specified by the carrier, the Seller may charge the Buyer for any additional delivery, storage, or return costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Prices are shown as inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duty, customs fee, or other tax applicable to the Order will, where required, be calculated and displayed before the Buyer confirms the Order. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT will be applied in accordance with applicable EU and national tax laws. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise specified on the Platform. The Seller will not be liable for any delays or additional costs resulting from customs procedures, tax inspections, or import restrictions in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller will process Buyer information solely as necessary to manage Orders, delivery, customer support, returns, refunds, legal obligations, and the performance of the sales contract. Personal data may be disclosed only to service providers involved in fulfilling the Order, including payment providers, delivery carriers, customer service providers, and marketplace operators, where necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer information will be treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights under applicable data protection laws, including, where applicable, the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, or object to the processing of their personal data.
