Delivery charges are determined according to the specific Order and are shown to the Buyer before the purchase is finalized. The amount payable for shipping may vary depending on the destination, the characteristics of the Products, including their dimensions, weight and quantity, and the shipping option available for the relevant Order. If a Product or Order qualifies for free shipping, this information will be displayed to the Buyer before payment. Where supplementary charges apply, for example for special delivery arrangements or destinations considered remote, such charges will be communicated before the Buyer completes the Order.

Orders are processed for dispatch once payment has been successfully verified and the Order has been accepted by the Seller. Products will be sent to the delivery address entered by the Buyer during checkout. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide complete, correct and up-to-date delivery details. Delivery may be carried out directly by the Seller or through independent transport providers appointed for this purpose. Indicative delivery periods are communicated before the Order is finalized. These periods may be affected by the delivery destination, carrier capacity, public holidays, customs formalities where relevant, or events that are beyond the reasonable control of the Seller. Responsibility for accidental loss of or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer when the Products are physically received by the Buyer or by another person designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier. Where a package shows obvious signs of damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer is encouraged, where reasonably possible, to reject the package or promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller. Supporting photographs and relevant delivery documentation should be provided where available. Where delivery is unsuccessful because the Buyer supplied incorrect or incomplete details, was unavailable to receive the parcel, unjustifiably refused delivery, or failed to collect the parcel within the period specified by the carrier, any additional shipping, storage or return expenses may be charged to the Buyer to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.

Product prices are presented with or without applicable taxes according to the information displayed on the Platform when the Order is placed. Where required, VAT, sales taxes, import duties, customs charges or other applicable fiscal amounts will be determined and communicated before the Buyer completes the purchase. For Orders delivered within the European Union, VAT will be applied in accordance with the relevant European Union rules and the applicable national tax legislation. For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance expenses or similar charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the Buyer, unless the Platform expressly indicates otherwise. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or extra expenses resulting from customs formalities, tax inspections, import controls or restrictions imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

The Seller processes information relating to Buyers only where necessary for the administration and fulfilment of Orders, shipment, customer assistance, returns, reimbursements, compliance with legal requirements and performance of the sales agreement. Where required for the fulfilment of an Order, personal information may be disclosed to third-party providers involved in the transaction, including payment service providers, logistics and delivery companies, customer support providers and marketplace operators. Such disclosure will take place only where necessary and in compliance with applicable data protection requirements. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are implemented by the Seller to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, accidental loss, improper use, alteration or unlawful disclosure of Buyer information. Personal information is treated as confidential and is not sold to third parties. Subject to the applicable data protection legislation, Buyers may exercise the rights available to them in relation to their personal information, including rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and objection where such rights apply.
