If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer's absence, unjustified refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier's timeframe, the Seller may charge the Buyer for any additional delivery, storage, or return costs, as permitted by applicable law.

All displayed prices will either include or exclude applicable taxes, as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs fees, or other taxes applicable to the Order will be calculated and shown where required before the Buyer confirms the Order. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with relevant EU and national tax regulations.
