This swimming pool heat exchanger is made of high-quality material, sturdy and durable. With a compact design and flexible installation methods, it is suitable for various swimming pools. Key Features

Rugged and Durable: It is made of polished and sanded 304 stainless steel, so it is water-resistant and has a long service life, ideal for chlorinated or saltwater pools and spas.

High Efficiency: Its 28kW power provides you with 40 GPM of pool water flow and 4.75 GPM of hot water flow. Two fluids of different starting temperatures flow through the heat exchanger. Heat is transferred from one fluid to the other.

Fast Heating: This product provides a heat output of 28K Btu/H based on a temperature difference between the incoming water and the hot water, providing immediate heating without waiting.

Energy Saving: The ingenious bellows design ensures high-speed operation inside the unit, maximizing the use of solar or boiler energy and improving the overall thermal efficiency.    

Healthy and Hygienic: The non-storage design ensures two separate channels for hot and cold fluids, greatly reducing the risk of contaminated water sources.

Flexible Installation: It can be installed vertically or horizontally according to your needs. The compact size (6.3*11.5in) can effectively save installation space.

Notes 

• Please check the style and size before purchasing.
• Please read the instruction manual and label completely before installation and use, and pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.
• Please note that the recommended maximum chloride concentration in fresh/clean water below 140°F in the exchanger is 300 mg/L and should be reduced as the water temperature increases. Exceeding the recommended chloride concentration or direct use of the chlorinator may result in stainless steel pitting. Titanium pool heat exchangers are recommended for use in environments with high chloride concentrations.
• Please note that the heat exchanger should always be installed in reverse flow and should be installed downstream of the filter and pump equipment. It must be an auxiliary equipment for boiler water and take usual precautions to prevent air lock.
• People must not be in the water while the heat exchanger is working.
• Please do not put 2 heat exchangers into a swimming pool at the same time.
• The product requires a heating circuit to work properly and a thermostat circuit to ensure a continuous thermostatic effect.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
