The diameter of the extrusion wheel is 18 mm, and the larger design of the extrusion gear for consumables increases the adhesion of the consumables. All gears are equipped with precision bearings for high transmission accuracy and a longer service life. The higher transmission ratio and increased torque result in a gear ratio of 9.54647:1. The extrusion wheel, with teeth positioned at a specific angle along the axis, ensures good friction and guidance of linear consumables. The transmission force of linear consumables is stable, and it does not easily slip or shift along the axial direction of the extrusion wheel, which improves the printing accuracy of 3D printers. The high-temperature motors are suitable for motors with an outer diameter of 36 mm and a tooth count of 10 tons. These motors are lighter and smaller, allowing for higher gear ratios and higher torque. They are supplied with an installation tool, eliminating the need for assembly.
