Package contents: You will receive four egg poaching molds in various shapes, including a lid and a frying brush. The egg molds are available in heart, circle, flower, and star shapes. With these cute designs, you can create something new every day. (Please note: Eggs are not microwave safe.)

How to cook shell-free eggs: Use the included frying brush to lightly oil the inside of the egg poaching mold. 1. Crack the eggs into the poaching mold (add toppings as desired) and tighten the lid. 2. Place the molds in boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes. You can also steam them in a steamer basket (cold water requires a longer cooking time). 3. Remove the molds from the heat and let them cool in cold water. 4. Press the eggs out of the molds and pour them out.

Non-stick & Easy to clean: Coat the poaching molds with a thin layer of oil before poaching the eggs so they do not stick and are easier to remove. They can be washed directly in the dishwasher after use, but we prefer hand washing.
