Note: Our yogurt strainer may be smaller than you think, but it fits perfectly in the refrigerator. It filters a maximum of 450g of yogurt at a time and can yield approximately 250g of thick Greek yogurt. Two-step filtration: For quantities exceeding 250g, first use natural filtration without the spring for approximately 4 hours. This is followed by pressure filtration with the spring for 8 hours (overnight) for optimal thickness. Pressure system: This strainer combines a standard strainer with an integrated pressure system, significantly accelerating the filtration processes. Construction features: With lid to keep out dust and unpleasant odors. High-quality mesh material that ensures only the whey is drained. Fully detachable for easy cleaning. Simplified process: No complicated equipment required – easily make consistently thick Greek yogurt, perfect for home use.
