How To Install

1. Prepare to connect the two wires of the actuator to a 12-volt battery (not included).

2. The black wire to the positive terminal and the red wire to the negative terminal will make the actuator extend. To make it retract, just reverse the terminal connections.           

3. To simplify the last step, you can prepare a reverse polarity relay or switch (not included) for the actuator. When you want the actuator to extend and retract, just press the switch.

Notes

1. Please do not exceed the rated load.

2. When installing the actuator, please ensure that the force of the load acts on the center of the extension tube and the rear mounting adapter.

3. All the actuators have a duty cycle, they are unable to work all the time without stopping. The duty cycle of this actuator is 10%. It means that your actuator needs 18 minutes to rest for every 2 minutes of work. If the actuator keeps working for a long time, the motor is easily burned out.

4. Please mount the actuator by securing the top and bottom mounting holes to two fixed positions. The stroke length of the actuator and the limitations of the particular application will determine the location of the fixed mounting positions.

5. Please confirm that the two-way movement of the linear actuator is smooth and within the actuator's stroke length after it has been installed. Please secure the top and bottom mounting holes of the linear actuator to two mounting fixtures with 5/16 inch diameter bolts.

6. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and the 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
