How to Use

1. Tighten the hub cap onto the locking arm.

2. Use the included key to unlock the lock, insert the crank, and turn counterclockwise to open the claws.

3. Clip the lock onto the wheel.

4. Turn the crank clockwise to tighten the claws onto the tire.

5. Open the right-side lock cover, insert the crank, and turn clockwise to secure the cover onto the wheel hub.

6. Lock it.
