● Clean the bottom bracket threads before mounting to facilitate screwing in the bottom bracket bearing;
● If the bottom bracket bearing cannot be screwed in, remove it and try again. Do not force, this can damage the threads and render the frame unusable;
● Since the right bottom bracket bearing is attached to the bottom bracket, it is generally recommended to install the right one first;
● The right bottom bracket bearing has left-hand thread; tighten it counterclockwise. It is recommended to tighten it slightly by hand first and then tighten it with the tool.

Not all bottom brackets are removable!
1: Bottom brackets with toothed bottom bracket bearing cups with four notches are removable.
2: Bottom brackets without four notches are also removable.
