Nizza ist Teil der Nice S.p.A. Group, die Anfang der 1990er Jahre gegründet wurde und ein norditalienisches Unternehmen ist, das an der Mailänder Börse notiert ist. Die Tochtergesellschaft wurde 1995 in Frankreich gegründet und hat ihren Sitz in Aubagne im Département Bouches-du-Rhône. Am Hauptsitz hat sie 111 Beschäftigte. Sie hat einen Umsatz von rund 200 Millionen über die 100 Länder, in denen sie ihre Automatisierungen vermarktet. Nice hebt sich auf dem Markt für Heimautomatisierung ab, indem es auf Design setzt, ohne die "sauberen" Technologien mit seiner Palette an solarbetriebenen Automatisierungssystemen zu vergessen.
