[Product Material]: The free-stop hinge is made of a durable zinc alloy, which prevents oxidation and offers excellent corrosion resistance. This ensures the product looks like new for years and extends the lifespan of the hinge.

[Package Included]: A two-piece cabinet hinge set, each packed with a door hinge housing, four self-tapping screws, four plastic washers, four large bolts, an Allen wrench, an angled tab, and a parallel tab. Mount the hinges before installation.

[Product Features]: Adjustable to multiple angles, with door leaf adjustment options of 75°, 90°, and 110°. The hinge holds the door open until you close it. The closing tension can be adjusted by turning the bolt in the center of the arm with the included Allen wrench.

[Installation Procedure]: Supports both side and top mounting. Mark two drill holes according to the door panel requirements and then tighten the angled and parallel tabs with self-tapping screws according to the instructions to secure the hinge. Detailed installation instructions can be found on the back of the packaging. When using two deck supports, it can support a deck or door panel of up to 18 kg.
