Modern design, simple and clean lines – the Cofra Emission ESD S1PS HRO SC FO SR safety shoes are one of the models in the LighTech range, highly breathable, made for the summer season or for those who need to keep their feet cool and dry throughout the day.

The LighTech collection is renewed with super-lightweight, high-performance products designed to improve practicality and safety without sacrificing comfort.

The Cofra Emission S1PS shoes are ESD certified, suitable for use in ATEX environments by operators working in chemical laboratories, in contact with microprocessors, or in the presence of flammable substances. ESD shoes continuously dissipate the energy accumulated during walking by discharging it to the ground, thus preventing the so-called “electric shock”, which can cause small explosions or fires.

Other features of the Emission ESD S1PS include:

• Highly breathable fabric upper with anti-abrasion protection on the toe
• SANY-DRY® 100% polyester lining, three-dimensional, antibacterial, breathable, anti-abrasion, absorbs and releases internal sweat
• Cofra Light Foam insole, extremely lightweight, made of soft polyurethane foam, perforated, antistatic, with an anatomical shape that supports the foot and arch; antibacterial, breathable, absorbs sweat keeping the foot dry, ensures high impact energy absorption during walking
• Aluminum toe cap, resistant to static and accidental loads up to 200 J
• Footwear Protection Textile anti-perforation insert in polyethylene with integrated graphene, conductive, Zero Perforation, antistatic, lightweight, soft and flexible, protects the entire foot – EN ISO 22568-4:2021 TYPE PS
• EVA and nitrile rubber sole, heat-resistant up to 300°C for one minute, integrated with an intermediate sole made from a special EVA mix, extremely lightweight and stable, ensuring correct posture and absolute comfort
• Outsole with well-defined patterns and grooves providing high slip resistance, especially during the heel strike phase; the pronounced sole thickness enhances comfort and shock absorption, returning energy and providing natural, comfortable walking

The Cofra Emission ESD S1PS safety shoes have the DGUV 112-191 certification to accommodate orthopedic insoles or footbeds that improve posture for those with musculoskeletal disorders; they are made in 11 Mondopoint fit and are available in sizes 36 to 48.
